Section 19-5-803 - Applicability

It is the intent of the General Assembly that the provisions of the workers' compensation laws contained in § 11-9-502 apply to state agencies and that 'employer' as used in that statute includes state agencies.Acts 1977, No. 924, § 7; A.S.A 1947, § 13-1407.7.
