Section 19-5-804 - Administration

This subchapter shall be administered by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State. The Chief Fiscal Officer of the State shall have the authority to establish procedures and to make such rules as are necessary to enforce the provisions of this subchapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1740, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1977, No. 924, § 8; A.S.A 1947, § 13-1407.8.
