(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the 'Division of Workforce Services Trust Fund'.(b) The fund shall consist of such revenues as may be authorized by the United States Government for support of various programs within the Division of Workforce Services, any interest accruing on these revenues, and any other funds made available by the General Assembly.(c) The fund shall be used for the payment of program expenses of the division.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 484, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1973, No. 750, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-531; Acts 1995, No. 308, § 1; 2009, No. 251, § 12.
