(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the 'Death and Permanent Total Disability Trust Fund'.(b) The fund shall consist of the revenues provided by §§ 11-9-101 - 11-9-105, 11-9-107 - 11-9-112, 11-9-401 - 11-9-403, 11-9-409, 11-9-501 - 11-9-529, 11-9-601 - 11-9-603, 11-9-701, 11-9-702, 11-9-704 - 11-9-716, and 11-9-801 - 11-9-811, and shall be used for the purposes as set out in §§ 11-9-101 - 11-9-105, 11-9-107 - 11-9-112, 11-9-401 - 11-9-403, 11-9-409, 11-9-501 - 11-9-529, 11-9-601 - 11-9-603, 11-9-701, 11-9-702, 11-9-704 - 11-9-716, and 11-9-801 - 11-9-811.Acts 1973, No. 750, § 8; 1985, No. 888, § 12; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-531.
