(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the 'Manufactured Housing Recovery Fund'.(b) The fund shall consist of fees assessed under the Arkansas Manufactured Home Recovery Act, § 20-29-101 et seq., by the Arkansas Manufactured Home Commission, there to be used for such purposes as set out in §§ 20-29-104 - 20-29-108 and 20-29-110.Acts 1989, No. 629, § 11.
