(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the 'Landfill Post-Closure Trust Fund'.(b) The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (167), federal funds, interest earned, and any gifts or donations, there to be used solely for the administration of and for landfill post-closure corrective action as administered by the Division of Environmental Quality as set out in § 8-6-1001 et seq., and shall not be appropriated for any other purpose.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3190, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1993, No. 1073, § 11; 1997, No. 1248, § 17; 1999, No. 1164, § 162; 2005, No. 25, § 1.
