There are created and established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State the following funds which shall consist of those special revenues enumerated in this subchapter for the purpose of each fund.Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13.
