The Public Service Commission Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(70), (71), and (98), there to be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement required by the Arkansas Public Service Commission in carrying out the functions, powers, and duties as set out in § 23-2-101 et seq., or other duties imposed by law upon the commission.Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1983, No. 222, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13; Acts 2001, No. 229, § 9; 2005, No. 20, § 10.
