The Poultry and Egg Grading Fund shall consist of that portion of those special revenues derived from the poultry and egg industry as specified in § 19-6-301(34), there to be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement required by the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission poultry and egg grading programs, in carrying out the functions, powers, and duties as set out in § 2-33-101 et seq., or other duties imposed by law upon the commission.Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1983, No. 222, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13.
