The Indigent Patient's Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(15), there to be used to defray the cost of hospitalization and medical services provided to indigent Arkansas patients and for such other purposes as may be authorized or appropriated by law.Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13; Acts 2001, No. 1646, § 26.
