The Motor Vehicle Commission Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(99), there to be used for the operation, maintenance, improvement, and motor vehicle education and training required by the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission in exercising the powers, functions, and duties as set out in the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission Act, § 23-112-101 et seq.Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1979, No. 1027, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13; Acts 2007, No. 530, § 7.
