The Arkansas Museum of Natural Resources Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(61) and (101), there to be used for the construction, maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Arkansas Museum of Natural Resources in exercising the powers, functions, and duties as set out in § 13-5-401 et seq., and for paying the expenses of administering such funds by the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism as may be authorized by law.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5674, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1979, No. 1027, § 9; 1983, No. 222, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13; Acts 2009, No. 251, § 23.
