The Arkansas State Board of Nursing Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (109), there to be used by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing in exercising the powers, functions, and duties as set out in § 17-87-101 et seq.Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1983, No. 222, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13.
