Section 19-6-440 - Social Work Licensing Fund

The Social Work Licensing Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (110), there to be used by the Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board in exercising the powers, functions, and duties as set out in the Social Work Licensing Act, § 17-103-101 et seq.Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1983, No. 222, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13; Acts 1999, No. 1122, § 4.
