The Arkansas Beef Council Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (113), there to be used in such manner as the Arkansas Beef Council deems appropriate for Arkansas beef promotion and research and for the operation and maintenance of the council office and payment of expenses of the council members as set out in § 2-35-301 et seq.Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1985, No. 65, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13.
