The Arkansas Wine Producers Council Fund shall consist of all funds as may be authorized by law, there to be used for promoting the Arkansas native wine industry, as directed by the Arkansas Wine Producers Council and as set out in § 3-5-701 et seq.Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1985, No. 65, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13.
