The Individual Sewage Disposal Systems Improvement Fund shall consist of that portion of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(58), there to be used by the Division of Environmental Health Protection of the Department of Health for, and in the manner recommended by, the Individual Sewage Disposal Systems Advisory Committee for implementation of the utilization and application of alternate and experimental individual sewage disposal systems as set out in the Arkansas Sewage Disposal Systems Act, § 14-236-101 et seq.Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1985, No. 65, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13; Acts 1989, No. 551, § 6; 1993, No. 1072, § 7.
