Section 19-6-455 - Sex and Child Offenders Registration Fund

The Sex and Child Offenders Registration Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (198), there to be used for the administration of the Sex and Child Offender Registration Act of 1997, § 12-12-901 et seq.Amended by Act 2015, No. 1207,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2015.Acts 1999, No. 282, § 11.
