The Nursing Home Personnel Training Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (138), there to be utilized by the Office of Long-Term Care of the Division of Medical Services of the Department of Human Services for development and implementation of training programs as set out in § 20-10-401 et seq.Acts 1989, No. 551, § 7.
