Section 19-6-458 - Developmental Disabilities Services - Dog Track Special Revenue Fund

There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the 'Developmental Disabilities Services - Dog Track Special Revenue Fund' that shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(16), there to be used for the sole benefit of community programs of the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services of the Department of Human Services licensed by the division.Acts 1989 (3rd Ex.
