The Regulated Substance Storage Tank Program Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (153) federal funds, and any state matching funds as may be provided by the General Assembly, there to be used for the administration of the Regulated Substance Storage Tank program as set out in § 8-7-801 et seq.Acts 1991, No. 76, § 4.
