The Livestock and Poultry Commission Swine Testing Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (159), there to be used for the Pseudorabies Control and Eradication Program as set out in § 2-40-1201.Acts 1993, No. 1072, § 9.
