The HVACR Licensing Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (160), there to be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) Licensing and Inspection program of the Department of Health as set out in § 17-33-201 et seq.Acts 1993, No. 1072, § 12.
