The Elder and Disabled Victims Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (170), there to be used for the investigation and prosecution of deceptive acts against elder persons and individuals with disabilities and for consumer education initiatives directed toward elder persons and individuals with disabilities, law enforcement officers, the judicial system, social services professionals, and the general public on the provisions of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, § 4-88-101 et seq., and related statutes.Acts 1993, No. 138, § 2; 1995, No. 270, § 9.
