(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the 'One Percent to Prevent Fund'.(b)(1) The fund shall consist of any other revenues as may be authorized by law.(2) The fund also shall consist of any federal funds or private foundation grants.(c) The fund shall be exclusively used by the Department of Human Services to prevent the children of prisoners from becoming future prisoners.Amended by Act 2017, No. 897,§ 13, eff. 7/1/2017.Acts 2003, No. 1224, § 3.
