The Shared Benefit Payment Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (212) and any other revenues authorized by law, there to be used by the state agencies to pay vendors for contracts entered into, as set out in § 19-11-1101.Acts 2005, No. 20, § 17.
