(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the 'Arkansas Court Appointed Special Advocates Program Fund'.(b) The fund shall consist of such revenues as may be authorized by law.(c) The fund shall be used for providing program support for local offices of the Arkansas Court Appointed Special Advocates program.Added by Act 2013, No. 545,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2014.
