(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the 'Fallen Law Enforcement Officers' Beneficiary Fund'.(b) The fund shall consist of such revenues as may be authorized by law.(c) The fund shall be used by the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training to provide such support and assistance to beneficiaries of fallen law enforcement officers as determined to be appropriate by the commission.Added by Act 2013, No. 586,§ 1, eff. 1/1/2014.
