(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the 'Domestic Violence Shelter Fund'.(b) The fund shall be used to provide funding for statewide grants awarded to a statewide domestic violence entity under the Arkansas Domestic Violence Shelter Act, § 9-6-101 et seq.(c) The fund shall consist of: (1) The special revenues collected under § 9-15-202(d) and § 16-10-305(h);(2) Moneys obtained from private grants or other sources that are designated to be credited to the fund; and(3) Any other revenues authorized by law.Added by Act 2017, No. 583,§ 6, eff. 8/1/2017.
