It is the intent of this subchapter to establish mechanisms through which the legislative and executive branches of state government can work together with Arkansas's congressional delegation to strengthen and support the state's relationship with the federal government and to ensure that the state receives all benefits and aid to which it is entitled.Acts 1979, No. 66, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-742.
