Section 19-7-401 - Sale of public lands generally

The Treasurer of State is authorized and required, from time to time, to draw for and receive, from the United States Secretary of the Treasury, all sums of money which may accrue to the state on account of the five percent (5%) of the net proceeds of the sale of public lands of the United States lying within the State of Arkansas.Acts 1836, § 1, p. 206; C. & M.
