Section 19-7-904 - Contents of agreement

Each agreement entered into pursuant to § 19-7-902 shall contain the names of the political subdivisions with respect to which it is consummated and a statement of the proportionate share of the payment by the United States to which each subdivision shall be entitled.Acts 1939, No. 361, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-720.
