Section 19-7-906 - Government project fund of county

(a) The county treasurer shall establish a fund in the county treasury to be known as the 'government project fund'. The fund shall contain an account with each political subdivision which is entitled to a share of a payment in lieu of taxes.(b) Whenever payment is received, the county treasurer shall, without any deduction, apportion it to the several accounts in the fund pursuant to the agreement under which the payment is made.Acts 1939, No. 361, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-722.
