Section 19-7-910 - Services of subdivision not to be denied

In the absence of an agreement for payment of sums in lieu of taxes by the United States as provided in this subchapter, no provision of this subchapter shall be construed to relieve any political subdivision of this state of the duty of furnishing for the benefit of a project all services which the subdivision usually furnishes for the property in, and persons residing within, the subdivision without a payment of sums in lieu of taxes.Acts 1939, No. 361, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-726.
