Section 19-9-105 - Pay until barred

Every bond issued by the state, or by any political subdivision thereof, shall be paid by the state or by the political subdivision unless it is barred by the statute of limitations.Acts 1941, No. 113, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-1008.
