The Director of the Arkansas Bureau of Standards shall:(1) Administer and enforce this subchapter;(2) Promulgate rules to implement the purposes and requirements of this subchapter; and(3) Receive and investigate complaints regarding alleged violations of this subchapter and the rules promulgated by the director.Added by Act 2019, No. 501,§ 1, eff. 7/24/2019.
