Section 2-2-301 - Applicability

Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, the provisions of this subchapter shall apply exclusively to the merger, consolidation, mortgage, sale, and lease of assets of and by an association subject to the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 1981, No. 121, § 13; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1039.
