Section 2-2-302 - Provisions supplemental

(a) The provisions of this subchapter shall be supplemental to, and part of, §§ 2-2-101 - 2-2-124, 2-2-201, and 2-2-202, and legislation amendatory and supplemental to these provisions relating to agricultural cooperative associations.(b) The definitions of terms in § 2-2-102 shall be equally applicable with respect to terms used in this subchapter.Acts 1981, No. 121, § 14; 1985, No. 385, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1040.
