Section 2-5-103 - Game and Fish Commission not affected

Nothing in this subchapter shall be interpreted or construed to affect, change, or alter any of the powers or controls over fish and wildlife in this state vested in the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission under Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 35.Acts 1961, No. 166, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 78-1803.
