(a) A person that has met the standards and qualifications established by the Department of Agriculture under this subchapter shall receive from the department a commercial bait and ornamental fish certificate.(b) The certificate shall be in the form prescribed by the department and shall attest that the commercial bait and ornamental fish covered by the certificate have met the standards and qualifications established by the department under this subchapter.(c) The certificate shall be displayed only by a person who is certified under this subchapter.Amended by Act 2023, No. 588,§ 3, eff. 8/1/2023.Acts 2005, No. 1449, § 1.
