Section 2-5-206 - Fees

(a) The Department of Agriculture may prescribe application, certification, and other fees to cover the costs of inspection, certification, and marketing under this subchapter.(b) All fees collected under this subchapter shall be deposited into the Livestock and Poultry Special Revenue Fund to be used by the department to administer this subchapter.Amended by Act 2023, No. 588,§ 3, eff. 8/1/2023.Acts 2005, No. 1449, § 1.
