Section 2-5-208 - Intergovernmental cooperation

In administering this subchapter, the Department of Agriculture shall cooperate to the fullest extent possible with other agencies of the state and the United States Government.Amended by Act 2023, No. 588,§ 3, eff. 8/1/2023.Acts 2005, No. 1449, § 1; 2007, No. 827, § 2.
