A petition filed by the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture under § 2-6-109 shall be accompanied by the secretary's plan for disposition of the processed catfish. The plan may provide for the pro rata delivery of part or all of the processed catfish to producers holding weigh tickets, or may provide for the sale under the supervision of the secretary of part or all of the processed catfish for the benefit of those producers, or may provide for any combination thereof, as the secretary in his or her discretion determines to be necessary to minimize losses.Amended by Act 2023, No. 588,§ 13, eff. 8/1/2023.Acts 1989 (3rd Ex.
