Section 2-6-123 - Receivership - Final report

At the termination of the receivership, the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture shall file a final report containing the details of his or her actions, together with such additional information as the court may require.Amended by Act 2023, No. 588,§ 18, eff. 8/1/2023.Acts 1989 (3rd Ex.
