Section 2-7-304 - Requests for mediation

All requests for mediation by a farmer under § 2-7-301 shall be served on the Director of the Arkansas Farm Mediation Program within fourteen (14) days after the mediation notice was served on the farmer by the creditor. Every request for mediation shall be in a form and contain the information required by the director.Acts 1989, No. 829, § 4.
