Section 2-7-307 - Initial meeting - Subsequent meetings

(a) The initial mediation meeting shall be attended by the farmer and the creditor who served the mediation notice. Other creditors of the farmer may attend all mediation meetings.(b) After the initial meeting any further mediation meetings shall be held by consent of the parties.Amended by Act 2023, No. 592,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2023.Acts 1989, No. 829, § 6.
