Section 2-9-108 - Budget

(a) The Arkansas Catfish Promotion Board shall prepare an annual budget, a copy of which shall be maintained at the principal office of the board and shall be open for public inspection during business hours.(b) The board shall be audited annually in accordance with generally accepted auditing procedures, and a copy of the audit shall be filed with the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee.Acts 1999, No. 790, § 9.
