The State Plant Board is authorized to enter into agreements with the United States Army Corps of Engineers to hold and save the United States free from claims that may occur from control operations jointly carried on by the board and the United States Army Corps of Engineers, or carried on by the board under financial assistance from the United States Army Corps of Engineers for the control and eradication of alligator weed in Arkansas.Acts 1971, No. 79, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-139.
