Section 2-16-302 - Definitions

For the purposes of this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms and definitions set forth in § 2-16-202 are adopted and made a part of this subchapter. In addition, the term 'dangerous insect pest and plant diseases' shall be construed to mean such insect pests and plant diseases as the pink bollworm, the Mexican bean beetle, potato wart disease, 'take all', and such other insect pests and plant diseases, the prevalence of which would threaten an established agricultural industry in the state.Acts 1921, No. 519, § 2; Pope's Dig., § 12358; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-118.
