In construing and enforcing the provisions of this subchapter, the act, omission, or failure of an official, agent, or other person acting for or employed by any person, association, partnership, or corporation within the scope of his or her employment or office shall, in every case, also be deemed the act, omission, or failure of the person, association, partnership, or corporation as well as that of the person acting as the agent.Acts 1921, No. 519, § 10; Pope's Dig., § 12366; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-126.
